As trainer of the Volvo Cannondale team, Benoit won with his riders an unprecedented 76 World Cup races, 15 World Cup titles, 10 World Championship and 2 Olympic medals.Benoit is an experienced osteopath and physiologist living in Annecy, France. Benoit knows both sides of the sport: experience as an athlete as well as coach is the basis for his innovative training and nutrition approach. After 8 years as an elite road cyclist, he was selected in 1992 for the French national Olympic team. 1998 Benoit joined Volvo/Cannondale, the most successful team in mountain bike history as coach and amassed with them an unprecedented 76 World Cup victories, 15 Overall World Cup Titles, 10 World Championship and 2 Olympic medals.
