“We are what we eat!”The 2PEAK Nutrition Plan is a practical manual that specifies when, what kind and which amount of nutrients are needed to keep the body in balance and ideally fueled while allowing for optimum recovery. You will find your 2PEAK Nutrition Plan inserted into the day view of your Training Plan suggesting appropriate meals and its recipes while you can get alternate suggestions. The volume and intensity of your workouts will generate your individual diet which gets adjusted as you log.You can specify “Fat Burning” phases which will help you to achieve your sustainable balanced weight by reducing your caloric input while maintaining you energized.

In case of illness, accident etc. allows for a one time suspension of the training plan.
