You set your goals and 2PEAK plans your running training based on your current performance level. After each training session, the plan is dynamically adjusted. In addition, the algorithm learns from your performance and the required recovery time and fine-tunes the plan accordingly.

2PEAK calculates the training effort needed to reach the goals you set. The workouts are then inserted into the time slots you define.

After each session, the data is sent directly from your GPS watch or connected training platform to 2PEAK and analyzed. The result of the analysis automatically leads to adjustments in future workouts. Additional feedback regarding your recovery can further fine-tune and individualize the algorithm.

2PEAK ensures that you are always training in the right training zone and provides the guidance based on power values (watts), heart rate or pace.
Numerous statistics tools also let you analyze critical power values, your training periodization, specific strengths/weaknesses and training performance.

You can define one-day or stage races as a goal in the settings and specify the corresponding distance of the competition – everything from 5 km to half marathons, marathons and ultra-marathons.

Yes, 2PEAK has a multisport function. This makes it possible to integrate sports other than your main sport into the plan. 2PEAK also calculates the optimum training duration and intensity for these sports.

After each training session, your training data is analyzed and the plan is adjusted.

There are several ways in which your current fitness level can be determined when creating the plan. For example, the fitness level as well as the personal training zones can be calculated automatically based on workouts you have already done (connect training platforms like Strava or Garmin Connect with 2PEAK). In addition, there are numerous options to enter values from performance tests or reference times as baseline values.

2PEAK calculates the optimal number of training hours based on your training experience and performance level. These are then distributed over the week in manually predefined time slots, so that your training is always compatible with your daily routine.

Yes, 2PEAK can be paired with numerous platforms and training data can be exchanged automatically. The following GPS devices and platforms are compatible:
